■ Use technological equipment while sleeping: You have no idea how much damage you do to your productivity. That bright light damages your sleep and for that you are always lethargic. You are already tired and asleep when you lie in bed. The light that you turn on your phone at that time harms your eyes. You have no idea how many hours of your precious sleep you spend behind these tools. The result is that your sleep habits are disturbed which directly affects your productivity the next day.

■ Quitting hard work: Always keep doing any hard work first and you will get stressed if you keep pushing it. It will distract you from your work. The best solution is to break your fears or problems into a series of smaller steps.

■ To do too many things at once: Multitasking is nothing but the work of inviting stress and panic. The habit of doing too many things at once divides your brain into too many parts.
