PMJAY Eligibility Criteria – For Rural Area

• Only one room with kucha walls and kucha roof. 
• No adult member between ages 16 to 59. 
• Households with no adult male member between ages 16 to 59. 
• Disabled member and no able-bodied adult member. 
• SC/ST households. 
• Landless households deriving a major part of their income from manual casual labour.

Beneficiary Identification System – For Urban Area

• In urban areas, the following 11 occupational categories of workers are eligible for the scheme. Rag picker. 
• Beggar. 
• Domestic worker. 
• Street vendor/ Cobbler/hawker / other service provider working on streets. 
• Construction worker/ Plumber/ Mason/ Labour/ Painter/ Welder/ Security guard/ Coolie and other head-load worker. 
• Sweeper/ Sanitation worker/ Mali. 
• Home-based worker/ Artisan/ Handicrafts worker/ Tailor. 
• Transport worker/ Driver/ Conductor/ Helper to drivers and conductors/ Cart puller/ Rickshaw puller. 
• Shop worker/ Assistant/ Peon in small establishment/ Helper/Delivery assistant / Attendant/ Waiter. 
• Electrician/ Mechanic/ Assembler/ Repair worker. 
• Washer-man/ Chowkidar.

How to Apply for Ayushman Bharat Yojana Registration Online

Step 1: Candidates visit the official web site of PMJAY@www.mera.pmjay.gov.in
Step 2: Login Using the Mobile Number and Captcha code. 

Step 3: Click on “Generate OTP” and enter your OTP.
Step 4: Now select your state and category. 

Step 5: Fill the form carefully and submit it online.
Step 6: Your application will be successfully submitted.

PMJAY Illness Coverage: List of Critical Diseases covered under PM Jan Arogya Yojana: PMJAY helps households access secondary and tertiary care via funding of up to Rs. 5 lakh per family, per year. This assistance is valid for day care procedures and even applies to pre-existing conditions. PMJAY extends coverage for over 1,350 medical packages at empanelled public and private hospitals.

Some of the Critical illnesses that are covered are as follows.

• Coronary artery bypass grafting 
• Double valve replacement 
• Carotid angioplasty with stent 
• Pulmonary valve replacement 
• Skull base surgery

PMJAY has a minimal list of exclusions ― They are as follows.

• Drug rehabilitation programme 
• Cosmetic related procedures 
• Fertility related procedures

देश के इच्छुक लाभार्थी Pradhanmantri Jan Arogya List Online देखना चाहते है तो वह नीचे दिए गए तरीके को फॉलो करे ।

• सर्वप्रथम लाभार्थियों को योजना की ऑफिसियल वेबसाइट पर जाना होगा । ऑफिसियल वेबसाइट पर जाने के बाद आपके सामने होम पेज खुल जायेगा |
• इस होम पेज आपको Am I Eligible का ऑप्शन दिखाई देगा आपको इस ऑप्शन पर क्लिक करना होगा । ऑप्शन पर क्लिक करने के बाद आपके सामने आगे का पेज खुल जायेगा ।

• इस पेज पर आपको लॉगिन फॉर्म खुल जायेगा इस फॉर्म में आपको अपना मोबाइल नंबर दर्ज करना होगा ।इसके बाद आपको Generate OTP के बटन पर क्लिक करना होगा ।इसके बाद आपके दिए गए मोबाइल नंबर पर एक OTP नंबर आएगा।
• आपको OTP बॉक्स में OTP भरना होगा ।
• इसके बाद आपके सामने आगे का पेज खुल जायेगा ।आपके लाभार्थी का नाम खोजने के लिए नीचे कुछ विकल्प दिए जाएंगे। इच्छित विकल्प पर क्लिक करके अपना नाम खोजें।
• राशन कार्ड नंबर द्वारा
• लाभार्थी का नाम
• पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर द्वारा
• इसके बाद पूछे गए सभी विवरण प्रदान करना होगा। इस प्रकार, खोज परिणाम आपकी स्क्रीन पर प्रदर्शित होगा।इसेक बाद आप आयुष्मान भारत योजना लिस्ट में अपना नाम देखे।

Currently PMJAY scheme is not applicable in Delhi, West Bengal, Orissa, Kerala, Telangana and Punjab! Because some of those states have a similar scheme in place, and some states want such a scheme of their own.

Major Diseases and Surgeries covered in Ayushman Bharat Yojana Every poor citizen of the country will get the benefit of major diseases and major operations as well as hospital procedures free of cost under Ayushman Bharat Yojana. The operation includes bypass surgery, cataract, corneal grafting, orthoplasty, chest fracture, urological surgery, cesarean delivery, dialysis, spine surgery, brain tumor surgery as well as various cancer surgeries.
