The name of this hospital is Swami Shree Nirdoshanand Manavseva Trust. This hospital is located in Timbi village of Umrala taluka of Bhavnagar district. Which is adjacent to Ahmedabad Amreli Highway. Examination, sonography, x-ray, laboratory, and any operation are free to the patients at the Ashmananandaji Hospitals.

This Hospital’s mission is to provide excellent medical care to rural communities at very low cost or Free. An 8-person trust has been created to manage this hospital. The hospital was started on 9th January 2011. The cost of building the hospital was 5 crore rupees.

During his visit to Saurashta, Swami Nirdoshanand Saraswati had a dream of building a hospital for free treatment in this area and that dream was fulfilled in 2011. When this saint came here, land was donated by his disciple Manuben to build a hospital in Timbi village.
